  Ordering Policy:   

Designs By Ashley reserves the right to refuse services to any one for any reason.

You must come into our store or call to place your order.

We do not take orders through email.

Payment is due at the time of your order.

If you pay with credit card and your card is declined, it will not be run again. A new card must be supplied.

Designs By Ashley has a returned check fee of $25.00, no exceptions!

We do not accept out of state or out of country checks.

If you are purchasing from out of the state or country, you must pay with a credit or debit card.

Designs By Ashley has a minimum shipping and handling charge of $10.00 for all items that are shipped.

At Designs By Ashley we place all of our orders on Monday morning.

So if you order on Tuesday your order will not be processed until the following Monday.

We can place non-Monday orders, but their may be a fee for this.

   Return Policy:   

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

If you place an order with us, you can only cancel that order prior to processing,

which would be the Monday following the order.

If the product is damaged we will replace it at no cost to you.

We do not give refunds for damaged products unless it can not be replaced.

If you place an order in our store, and when you come to pick up your items,

you are unhappy with them,

we will allow you to exchange your item(s) one time for a product of

equal or lesser value, at no additional charge.

Once items leave the store you may no longer exchange them!

Some exceptions may be made at the discretion of Designs By Ashley.
